Program Manager – Sales Enablement
A leading global software company is looking for a Program Manager to join its Sales team. This role focuses on driving sales enablement strategies, managing content hubs and stakeholders, and working cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, and design teams to streamline the sales process and boost revenue growth.
In this role, you will:

Design and implement sales enablement programs and materials to improve team efficiency and performance.

Manage the creation and distribution of sales content and resources aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and enhance onboarding processes.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using data to improve content and strategy.

Lead the collection, organization, and maintenance of sales content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Coordinate with content owners and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

Work closely with marketing and design teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact content.

Maintain and oversee the sales content hub, ensuring resources are easy to access and up to date.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:

5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.

Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
