Program Manager – Sales Enablement

A leading global software company is looking for a Program Manager to join its Sales team. This role focuses on driving sales enablement strategies, managing content hubs and stakeholders, and working cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, and design teams to streamline the sales process and boost revenue growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement sales enablement programs and materials to improve team efficiency and performance.

  • Manage the creation and distribution of sales content and resources aligned with business goals.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and enhance onboarding processes.

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using data to improve content and strategy.

  • Lead the collection, organization, and maintenance of sales content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Coordinate with content owners and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact content.

  • Maintain and oversee the sales content hub, ensuring resources are easy to access and up to date.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
