Platform Engineer – Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure

Join a team working in a high-load, high-availability production environment with globally distributed systems. You will contribute to a range of products and projects aimed at delivering an exceptional experience for end-users, following industry best practices and maintaining high standards. As a member of the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) team, your focus will be on ensuring the development process remains efficient, reliable, and scalable by enhancing orchestration, monitoring, logging, and platform services.

What you'll do:

  • Enhance and maintain orchestration using Kubernetes (on-premises and in cloud environments).

  • Support the operation and improvement of monitoring and logging systems.

  • Help build and scale Kubernetes-as-a-Service solutions across multiple regions for internal development teams.

  • Take part in daily operations and responsibilities related to platform reliability and uptime.

  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes-related services such as ArgoCD, Istio, and Calico.

  • Support core platform services and tools, including Redis and Keycloak.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience with self-hosted Kubernetes environments.

  • Proficiency with Helm (knowledge of Helmfile is a plus).

  • Hands-on experience with ArgoCD.

  • Solid understanding of Linux systems (especially AlmaLinux, CentOS, or other RedHat-based distributions).

  • Understanding of networking in Kubernetes, particularly with tools like Calico or Cilium.

  • Experience using Terraform (experience with Terragrunt is a plus).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI.

  • Experience working with telemetry stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Alertmanager, Fluent Bit, Grafana).

  • A security-first mindset and familiarity with security best practices for both cloud and on-prem environments.

  • A platform engineering mindset, focused on automation, reliability, and scalability.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with AWS (deployment automation, hardening, configuration, service management).

  • Experience using Ansible for infrastructure management.

  • Programming experience in Python or Golang.

What’s offered:

  • Competitive salary and compensation package.

  • Professional development opportunities: training, certifications, soft skills workshops, English courses, and industry-related seminars.

  • Relocation support including flight tickets, accommodation for the first month, and legal assistance for you and your family.

  • Comprehensive health and life insurance for employees and their families, covering vaccinations, diagnostics, mental health, vision, and dental.

  • Generous paid time off: 21 days of annual leave and paid sick leave.

  • Educational support for children (school and kindergarten allowances).

  • Access to a private sports club, gym memberships, and recreational activities (e.g., SUP boards, jet skis).

  • Company-branded car with private parking.

  • Memorable team-building events and community gatherings.
