Platform Engineer – Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure
Join a team working in a high-load, high-availability production environment with globally distributed systems. You will contribute to a range of products and projects aimed at delivering an exceptional experience for end-users, following industry best practices and maintaining high standards. As a member of the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) team, your focus will be on ensuring the development process remains efficient, reliable, and scalable by enhancing orchestration, monitoring, logging, and platform services.
What you'll do:

Enhance and maintain orchestration using Kubernetes (on-premises and in cloud environments).

Support the operation and improvement of monitoring and logging systems.

Help build and scale Kubernetes-as-a-Service solutions across multiple regions for internal development teams.

Take part in daily operations and responsibilities related to platform reliability and uptime.

Manage and maintain Kubernetes-related services such as ArgoCD, Istio, and Calico.

Support core platform services and tools, including Redis and Keycloak.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Experience with self-hosted Kubernetes environments.
-
Proficiency with Helm (knowledge of Helmfile is a plus).
-
Hands-on experience with ArgoCD.
-
Solid understanding of Linux systems (especially AlmaLinux, CentOS, or other RedHat-based distributions).

Understanding of networking in Kubernetes, particularly with tools like Calico or Cilium.

Experience using Terraform (experience with Terragrunt is a plus).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI.

Experience working with telemetry stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Alertmanager, Fluent Bit, Grafana).

A security-first mindset and familiarity with security best practices for both cloud and on-prem environments.

A platform engineering mindset, focused on automation, reliability, and scalability.
Nice to have:

Experience working with AWS (deployment automation, hardening, configuration, service management).

Experience using Ansible for infrastructure management.

Programming experience in Python or Golang.
